Aluminum alloy drop-forged parts
Aluminum alloy drop-forged parts are objects forged with dies, using dies to forge aluminum alloy forgings that require high precision and are more complex.
Characteristics of aluminum alloy drop-forged parts
The characteristics of aluminum alloy die forging parts should be a little better for free forging, free forging basically will not use the mold, only forging shafts and rings such as simple objects, on the contrary, die forging can be forged a lot of structural products, and you can control the size of the product to reduce the amount of machining.
Aluminum alloy die forging parting surface
Dividing die surface that is the upper die and lower die forging die in aluminum alloy forgings on the interface, the development of aluminum alloy die forgings must be determined when the drawing file of die surface, and consider the following issues:
1, to ensure that the aluminum alloy forgings can be freely removed from the die slot along the direction of hammering.
2, the location of the parting die should try to make the depth of the die slot is small and wide, because wide and shallow die slot is upsetting way filled, narrow and deep die slot is pressed into the way filled, the latter metal filled to be a little more difficult, the amount of die slot wear and tear to be relatively large.
3, the mold surface should try to make the upper and lower parts symmetrical. The shape of the upper and lower molds should be the same, avoiding to make the parting surface selection on the end surface, in order to facilitate the timely detection of misalignment.
4, in order to simplify the mold manufacturing, die surface should try to make plane, not curved surface, but the second type of aluminum alloy forgings sometimes must choose curved surface die.
5, the more complex parts of aluminum alloy forgings try to arrange in the upper die, because the upper die metal is easy to fill the die slot. The above items should be considered comprehensively, in order to achieve the correct and reasonable selection of the location of the die parting surface.

Heavy Forging Press Capacity
Our heavy-duty forging presses support open-die forging and deformation of large-section forgings, including discs, shafts, blocks, and custom components. This capability enables us to meet the demanding forming requirements of heavy industrial applications.
Heat Treatment Capability
Heat treatment is a critical step in achieving the mechanical properties required for heavy-duty forgings. Our process capabilities meet the strength, toughness, and structural stability requirements for forged components used under demanding operating conditions.
Heavy Shaft Machining
We offer machining capabilities for large forged shafts and long cylindrical components, supporting both rough and finish machining. This capacity is suitable for stepped shafts, rotor shafts, rollers, and other heavy-duty forged shaft components.
Ring Forging Machining
Our machining facilities are capable of handling large ring-shaped forgings and circular parts that require precise turning, face machining, boring, and contour control. This capability is suitable for industrial ring blanks, heavy-duty circular parts, and machined ring forgings.
Cylindrical Forging Machining
We offer machining solutions for heavy-duty cylindrical, hollow, and tubular forgings. This capability supports the machining of sleeves, cylinders, and other thick-walled forged components used in pressure vessels, rotating systems, and general industrial applications.
Inspection & Testing
Quality control is integrated into our production process through the inspection and testing of forged and machined parts. Our capabilities help verify the dimensional accuracy, condition, and quality consistency of industrial forgings prior to delivery.
Packing & Delivery
Finished forgings are properly protected and packaged to minimize the risk of damage during storage and transportation. Our packaging methods ensure the safe domestic delivery and export shipment of machined and high-value forged components.
