High Precision: No oxide layer on inner and outer walls, strict dimensional tolerances, small ovality, roundness up to 0.0005-0.005mm, dimensional accuracy up to 0.005-0.025mm.
High Surface Finish: Extremely low surface roughness, typically Ra≤0.08μm, reducing fluid flow resistance and friction.
Wear and Pressure Resistance: The inner wall undergoes honing to form a work-hardened layer, improving wear resistance, enabling it to withstand high pressure and reducing leakage.
Good Mechanical Properties: Improved surface hardness and strength after processing, exhibiting characteristics such as no deformation during cold bending, no cracking during flaring, and no cracking during flattening.
