CNC Milling

CNC milling is a commonly used process for rapid prototyping and producing parts. Our CNC milling machines are five-axis systems equipped with automatic tool changers, which reduce setup and tool-change times between operations and parts. We specialize in using these machines to machine ferrous and non-ferrous metals to minimize material contamination.
Most parts are made from sheet metal, bar stock, extrusions, forgings, or castings. CNC milling is best suited for machining block-like geometries that require holes, surfaces, and features. It is ideal for machining both small and large parts made from a variety of plastic and metal materials, ranging in length from 1 inch to 48 inches.
CNC Turning

CNC turning is another very common machining process for rapid prototyping and mass-produced parts. Our CNC lathes are equipped with bar feeders and automatic tool changers to enable seamless production and minimize machining interruptions. Most parts are machined from materials such as bar stock, rods, and tubing. CNC turning is best suited for machining cylindrical geometries, such as parts that require internal and/or external diameters to be machined to specific dimensions and shapes.
5-Axis CNC Milling

True 5-axis CNC machining is a highly specialized process in which all five axes operate simultaneously to machine complex parts from a single block of material. For example, fan blades and compressor impellers can be machined at high speed in a single setup.
We utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including high-speed five-axis CNC machines. Each machine is optimized for production and equipped with robotic palletizers and tool-changing systems. These automated tools, combined with IoT sensor technology, enable us to achieve unmanned production.
Cutting-Edge Technology: We leverage the latest CAD and CAM technologies to design, manufacture, and produce high-precision parts. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, multi-axis automated machines, advanced CNC machines, and more.
Comprehensive Capabilities: Whether you need light assembly or medium-to-high-volume production, we can flexibly meet your needs. In addition, our in-house secondary machining services—such as grinding, slotting, and broaching—streamline the process, saving you time and costs.
Specialized Machining of Forgings

Forgings are renowned for their strength and durability, but they require precision machining to meet final dimensional and functional requirements. With our extensive expertise and rigorous processes, we are able to machine forgings with exceptional precision and repeatability, making us a reliable supplier for our customers’ ongoing forging machining needs.
Forgings typically feature hardened surfaces and irregular shapes, which present challenges for machining. Our team employs innovative fixtures, advanced tooling strategies, and optimized cutting parameters to ensure surface finish and dimensional accuracy. By applying our methods, we fully account for material properties and structural integrity throughout the machining process, thereby guaranteeing consistent performance across production batches.
Our forging machining services include:

CNC turning of round and cylindrical parts
Multi-axis milling for complex geometries
Precision machining to meet strict tolerance requirements

Heavy Forging Press Capacity
Our heavy-duty forging presses support open-die forging and deformation of large-section forgings, including discs, shafts, blocks, and custom components. This capability enables us to meet the demanding forming requirements of heavy industrial applications.
Heat Treatment Capability
Heat treatment is a critical step in achieving the mechanical properties required for heavy-duty forgings. Our process capabilities meet the strength, toughness, and structural stability requirements for forged components used under demanding operating conditions.
Heavy Shaft Machining
We offer machining capabilities for large forged shafts and long cylindrical components, supporting both rough and finish machining. This capacity is suitable for stepped shafts, rotor shafts, rollers, and other heavy-duty forged shaft components.
Ring Forging Machining
Our machining facilities are capable of handling large ring-shaped forgings and circular parts that require precise turning, face machining, boring, and contour control. This capability is suitable for industrial ring blanks, heavy-duty circular parts, and machined ring forgings.
Cylindrical Forging Machining
We offer machining solutions for heavy-duty cylindrical, hollow, and tubular forgings. This capability supports the machining of sleeves, cylinders, and other thick-walled forged components used in pressure vessels, rotating systems, and general industrial applications.
Inspection & Testing
Quality control is integrated into our production process through the inspection and testing of forged and machined parts. Our capabilities help verify the dimensional accuracy, condition, and quality consistency of industrial forgings prior to delivery.
Packing & Delivery
Finished forgings are properly protected and packaged to minimize the risk of damage during storage and transportation. Our packaging methods ensure the safe domestic delivery and export shipment of machined and high-value forged components.
