Titanium alloy forging ring
Titanium alloy forging, due to the expensive material, is more suitable for forging and molding, which not only improves the internal quality of the component, but also saves metal materials. Each step of forging affects more or less the internal quality or appearance quality of the forgings. Therefore, each process must be completed in strict accordance with the forging process.
Fixed-size titanium alloy blanks for forging can be cut with saws, lathes, anode cutting machines, punching and shearing machines, wheel cutting machines or on forging hammers or hydraulic presses.
Titanium alloy forgings mainly include titanium rings, titanium cakes, titanium blocks, titanium square bars, flanges, and shaped parts.
