Ring Alloy Forgings
Ring alloy forgings are annular metal components manufactured through forging processes, using advanced ring rolling technology.
Brand and Material
Ring alloy forgings are made of various high-performance alloy materials according to application requirements:
Aerospace field
High temperature alloys: Inconel 718, Waspaloy, Hastelloy X and other nickel based alloys, suitable for turbine rings and combustion chamber components
Titanium alloy: Ti-6Al-4V, Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo, used for engine rings and aircraft structural components
Aluminum alloy: 7075, 2024 series, used for aircraft frames, landing gear components
Energy and power sector
Stainless steel: 304, 316, 321 series, used for nuclear power plant pipeline flanges and chemical containers
Heat resistant steel: P91, P92, 15CrMo, used for power plant boiler rings and turbine components
Special alloys: Monel, Incoloy series, used for offshore platforms and corrosion-resistant environments
Heavy machinery field
Alloy structural steel: 42CrMo, 35CrMo, 20CrMnTi, used for bearing rings and gear rings
Carbon steel: AISI 1045, 1035, used for general mechanical rings
size range
Ring alloy forgings can be customized in various size specifications according to customer needs:
Standard size range
Outer diameter: 200mm to 8000mm
Height: 50mm to 1500mm
Wall thickness: 25mm to 600mm
Large size capability
The maximum outer diameter can reach 10000mm or more
The maximum height can reach 2000mm
The maximum weight of a single item can reach 50 tons
dimensional accuracy
Diameter tolerance: typically ± 0.5% to ± 1%
Height tolerance: typically ± 1mm to ± 5mm
Wall thickness tolerance: typically ± 2% to ± 5%
Roundness error: controlled within 50% of the diameter tolerance
The size can be fully customized according to customer drawings, and rough machining, semi precision machining, or full precision machining can be carried out as needed.

Heavy Forging Press Capacity
Our heavy-duty forging presses support open-die forging and deformation of large-section forgings, including discs, shafts, blocks, and custom components. This capability enables us to meet the demanding forming requirements of heavy industrial applications.
Heat Treatment Capability
Heat treatment is a critical step in achieving the mechanical properties required for heavy-duty forgings. Our process capabilities meet the strength, toughness, and structural stability requirements for forged components used under demanding operating conditions.
Heavy Shaft Machining
We offer machining capabilities for large forged shafts and long cylindrical components, supporting both rough and finish machining. This capacity is suitable for stepped shafts, rotor shafts, rollers, and other heavy-duty forged shaft components.
Ring Forging Machining
Our machining facilities are capable of handling large ring-shaped forgings and circular parts that require precise turning, face machining, boring, and contour control. This capability is suitable for industrial ring blanks, heavy-duty circular parts, and machined ring forgings.
Cylindrical Forging Machining
We offer machining solutions for heavy-duty cylindrical, hollow, and tubular forgings. This capability supports the machining of sleeves, cylinders, and other thick-walled forged components used in pressure vessels, rotating systems, and general industrial applications.
Inspection & Testing
Quality control is integrated into our production process through the inspection and testing of forged and machined parts. Our capabilities help verify the dimensional accuracy, condition, and quality consistency of industrial forgings prior to delivery.
Packing & Delivery
Finished forgings are properly protected and packaged to minimize the risk of damage during storage and transportation. Our packaging methods ensure the safe domestic delivery and export shipment of machined and high-value forged components.
