Cast copper alloy bushings offer high hardness, excellent wear resistance, good casting and machinability, and excellent corrosion resistance in air and fresh water. ZCuSn10Pb1 cast copper alloy can be used for wear-resistant parts operating under high loads (under 20 MPa) and high sliding speeds (8 m/s), such as connecting rods, bushings, bearings, gears, and worm gears.
