Scope of Application
Welding flanges are not easily deformed, have good sealing, and are widely used. They are suitable for pipelines with significant pressure or temperature fluctuations, as well as pipelines with high, high, and low temperatures. The advantage is that they are relatively inexpensive, with a nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa; It is also used on pipelines that transport expensive, flammable, and explosive media, with a nominal pressure of around PN16MPa.

The production process involves cutting materials in a sub oxygen furnace, forging them as a whole, or forging and cutting them into finished products.
