Conical copper sleeve
The copper bushings in crushers function as bearings, acting as sliding bearings. They consist of a straight copper bushing housing a large gear assembly. They generally experience minimal wear, with a total clearance of less than 5 mm. A conical copper bushing sits in the center of the large gear assembly, housing the main shaft of the movable cone. The upper clearance is approximately 3 mm, while the lower clearance is approximately 8 mm. This clearance can be measured with a thick safety wire during assembly. Wear on the bowl-shaped copper bushing and the spherical surface of the movable cone will affect the clearance, which determines the trajectory of the movable cone.
Our company specializes in the processing and casting of copper, aluminum, and zinc-based alloy parts. With over 30 years of experience, our products include copper bushings for mining machinery, coal mining equipment, steel mills, presses, rolling mills, large copper nuts for friction presses, wear-resistant copper bushings, copper bushings, bearings, turbines, slides, and nuts. Our cone-shaped and bowl-shaped copper bushings for crushers have been well-received by many crusher manufacturers. We welcome your inquiries and requests for custom designs.
We also provide forging blanks and CNC precision machining services for our clients, covering industries such as energy, petrochemicals, steel, engineering machinery, plastics, prevention and control, hydraulics, healthcare, and food. Please feel free to send us drawings for inquiries.
