  SS2304 is an austenitic stainless steel material with excellent corrosion resistance and strength, suitable for many application fields. The following are its general uses and characteristics:

  SS2304 chemical composition:

  Carbon C: 0.26~ 0.35

  Silicon Si: ≤ 1.00

  Mn: ≤ 1.50

  Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030

  Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.040

  Chromium Cr: 12.00~ 14.00

  SS2304 mechanical properties:

  Tensile strength (MPa): quenching and tempering, ≥ 800~ 1000

  Conditional yield strength of 0.2 (MPa): quenched and tempered, ≥ 600

  Elongation delta 5: quenching and tempering, ≥ 10

  Corrosion resistance: SS2304 has good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of most common chemicals, acids, alkalis and salts. It is suitable for chemical equipment manufacturing, marine engineering and energy industries that require corrosion resistance.

  Strength: SS2304 has high strength and can withstand certain mechanical and structural procedures, making it suitable for applications that require higher strength, such as pressure vessels, pipes, and components.

  Stress corrosion resistance: SS2304 material has good stress corrosion resistance in some high temperature and high stress environments, and is suitable for steam generators, chemical reactors, and other applications.

  Good craftsmanship: SS2304 material is easy to process, weld, and form, capable of meeting the production requirements of complex parts.
