1. Material introduction:

NM-400 (A) is an ultra-high strength and high toughness steel plate. It has high strength and anti-wear properties; good weldability and corrosion resistance; excellent cold bending performance and good processability. It is widely used in the manufacturing of various mechanical equipment and the production of metal structural parts.

2. Production process

1. Raw material preparation → Uncoiling → Straightening → Orthopedizing → Trimming → Punching → Blanking → Annealing → Pickling and passivation → Oiling → Baking Dry → Inspect and put into storage

2. Production process

(1) Cut into steel strips or sheets of required specifications and then flatten them. Cut into plates of different thicknesses according to customer requirements. (Generally, an automatic slitting machine is used).

(2) Treat the surface of the raw material before rolling the whole sheet. Generally, sand blasting is used to remove the scale, and then it is cleaned with solvent and then baked and dried at high temperature.

(3) Put the steel into the heating furnace and heat it to about 850~950°C and keep it warm for a certain period of time to eliminate residual stress (to prevent deformation), and then slowly enter the finishing rolling unit with the hot roller to continue rolling.

(4) After rough rolling, the billet is sent to the fine rolling process to further remove oxides, and then is repeatedly rolled through multiple passes to make the original loose and segregated part of the structure dense to improve the mechanical properties. , controlled by the finished product output device to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and quality level.

(5) In order to avoid excessive internal cracks, the cooling rate should be reduced as much as possible and the linear energy utilization coefficient should be increased under the premise of quality to reduce heat loss.

(6) When the product needs to be packaged, use special shearing equipment to cut it to avoid artificial damage.
