X165CrMoV46 mold steel is a high-carbon, high-chromium, high-molybdenum tool steel with the following characteristics and applications:

X165CrMoV46 chemical composition:

Carbon C: 1.45~1.70< /p>

Silicon Si: 0.10~0.60

Manganese Mn: 0.20~0.60

Sulfur S: ≤0.030

Phosphorus P: ≤0.030< /p>

Chromium Cr: 11.00~13.00

Nickel Ni: ≤0.25

Copper Cu: ≤0.30

Vanadium V: 0.70~1.00< /p>

Molybdenum Mo: 0.70~1.00

X165CrMoV46 is in the annealed state when leaving the factory, with a hardness of ≤235HB

Characteristics: High hardness: X165CrMoV46 mold steel has high hardness , can achieve high hardness levels through appropriate heat treatment processes, providing excellent cutting performance and wear resistance.

High strength: This mold steel has excellent strength and can withstand high loads and extrusion forces without being easily deformed or broken.
