XW41 mold steel is a high-carbon, high-chromium alloy mold steel containing elements such as molybdenum and vanadium. It is a multifunctional cold work die steel with the following characteristics:

XW41 chemical composition:

C:1.55

Mn:0.40

Si: 0.30

Cr: 11.5

Mo: 0.70

V: 1.00

XW41 factory condition: soft return To HB250

High wear resistance: XW41 mold steel has excellent wear resistance and can effectively reduce wear in high friction and high load environments.

High compressive strength: XW41 mold steel has high compressive strength and can withstand greater pressure and force without being easily deformed or broken.

High hardness: After quenching treatment, XW41 mold steel can reach a higher hardness level, increasing the wear resistance and durability of the mold.

Excellent hardenability: XW41 mold steel has good hardenability, and the overall hardening effect is uniform, making the surface and interior of the mold have consistent hardness and strength.

Heat treatment dimensional stability: XW41 mold steel has good dimensional stability during heat treatment, which can maintain the dimensional stability of the mold and avoid unnecessary dimensional changes.
