Nm 400 wear-resistant steel plate is a plate product with a thickness of 0.4-2.0mm. It is mainly used for various purposes in the metallurgical industry: such as being used to make hot rolling roller bearing blanks or directly used after quenching. It can be used as product parts; it can also be used as the inner wall lining of oil tanks in the heat treatment state. In addition, it can also be used as a material for manufacturing cutting tools, gauges, templates, etc. Due to its stable chemical composition and good mechanical properties, this product is widely used in the mining equipment manufacturing industry due to its long service life and other advantages.

The grade of nm-400 is AISI 410D/E /F, which is carbon tool structural steel (CW-4).

2. Technical requirements

1) The steel should be agreed between the supplier and the buyer and comply with the following regulations:

a) The steel grade should not be less than AISi B 380M ;

b) C Si Mn P s≤ 0.30-0.60%;

c) Mn≥ 1.50%, Cr ≤ 2.00% (mass fraction).

2) When inspecting according to the above standards, the impact test should be carried out at room temperature. When lamellar separation occurs on the fracture surface of the sample, the Brinell method can be used to check the defect level.

3) Ultrasonic testing and analysis can be carried out according to the needs of the buyer.

4. Delivery status

Castings produced from semi-finished products with annealing heat treatment or unnormalized homogenization treatment are called forging blanks, which generally must go through the forging process. Then make the products into shapes and sizes.
